SharePoint 2010 Reporting Service Integration throwing error "Obejct reference not set "

Question

Hi All,

'object reference not set to an instance of an object' when we select 'Reporting Sevices Integration' under 'General Application Settings'.

Reporting Server is installed on the App and 2 Web Front End servers.

SQL 2008 R2 - Enterprise Edition

Reporting Services running on farm account. Report Database created on Integration Mode.

When we checked the logs we identified last step before getting into the error was on MySite. In our project we donot require My Site.  We removed My Site and Voila it worked....
