How to remove or delete redundant digital certificates? RRS feed

  • I had three certificates.  When I go to the Internet options - > Content - > Publishers, however I can't see all the certifcates I have created.  I always see only one at a time.  After I removed one from there, another one came in.  So I presumed I had only two left.

    However when I go to the Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 -> Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications -> Tools -> Digital Signature -> Choose, all three certificates are still there.

    How could I delete those unwanted certificates?

  • in start menu enter 'mmc.exe.' and press enter

    when window opens, click File -> add/remove snap-in

    choose Certificates->add-> personal certificates

    click ok

    in opepend window search for your certificates, right click and delete them
