Proxy problem

Hi everone.I try to make a win.app.My app. reading xml  from internet.if there are no proxy my app work successful.But there are proxy it don't work.What must I do please help me.

Think of your app like a browser. If the browser can't browse the page due to the proxy, one changes the browser to work with the proxy. Your code has to do the same thing and work with the proxy.
