Re-create a bluetoothdeviceInfo object with Bluetooth address using 32 feets - Bluetooth issue in windows mobile 6.5 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I am currently fixing a bug which is related to the bluetooth issue for 32 feets. I am trying to re-create a bluetooth device info object with the Bluetooth address in windows mobile 6.5. The parameter is passed to the constructor of the BluetoothDeviceInfo which is a BluetoothAdress object(that is created with a string of mac address) and it is loaded from the database. The bluetooth device info object can be created, but it has no installed services in windows mobile 6.5. I tried to test the same code for the desktop application. It works fine, it has installed services.  Here is the code:

    BluetoothAddress macAdd = BluetoothAddress.Parse(macAddress); // macAddress is a string

BluetoothDeviceInfo dev = new InTheHand.Net.Sockets.BluetoothDeviceInfo(macAdd); // create a bluetooth device info object with mac address

Does anyone know why this happens?

Thanks for any helps in advance.
