How to add information other than those pre-defined sections

Question
-
Hi folks,
All I want to enquire is whether there is any way to create user defined item and also configure it to be stored in a new section. Like "medication" and "immunization" the ones we already have. I have some information which I want to add to my MSHV account but it doesn't fit's in into any of the pre-defined sections. Any sort of help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi Dheeraj,
From you, I understood that you want to store the information into Health Vault and want to create user defined item, please follow this link as it has a detailed way to proceed.
Hope this helps. If not, can you give more details.

Can you share some information about what kind of additional information you are wanting to store in HealthVault? We may be able to help provide guidance on existing types which can be used. If there isn't a type that makes sense, then we would also like to hear about what kind of data you're storing in custom types or extensions, as we use that feedback to help determine what data types to add to the platform in the future. Your feedback helps drive new features and types into the platform.

Please keep in mind that any data stored in HealthVault is available to other applications and to the user-- custom types are somewhat hidden (due to custom formats and implicit obscurity), but technically they can retrieve custom data formats and extensions. So you should make sure you're only storing data that can be shared with the user and apps (data is not confidential in HealthVault).
However, we're of course fine with applications not wanting to discuss details publicly.
To create your own custom data type, check out this link: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/healthvault/bb968869.aspx- Proposed as answer by Lowell MeyerMicrosoft employee Monday, August 3, 2009 6:00 PM

Hi Lowell,
The information I want to add is somewhat confidential, but one thing I can assure you is it doesn't fall into any of the item types and thus I had to create a new one. Can u just, if possible tell me how to do it. U had been very helpful and I expect the similar kind of response. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks and Regards,
