Problem with Access 2010 runtime RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello everyone,
I installed on my computer the version of Access 2010 RunTime,
But every time I open Access files, whether it's a mdb or accdb file
    I get an empty file.

I would appreciate any kind of help

    Thanks

  • I get an empty file.

    What make you say that?

Runtime is very different from the full version.

Do you have a form that opens at startup?  An AutoExec macro....

  • Set your startup form (as this was my problem as well)

It can be set by (on a real version of 2010)

    -File

    -Options

    -Current Database

    -Display form

    - Now select the form you want from the dropdown and it will open when run in the runtime!

  • If you expect to edit these files, it is impossible via RunTime. If you want to edit databases and wxpect to see the full Ribbon, you need the full version of Access.
