     I create sms sending project using asp.2.0 with c#.

    I have use web services.

    when i run the programe error is occur .

    unable to automatic step into the server. connecting to the server machine 'www.webservicex.net' failed.
    the debugger cannot connect to the remote computer.This may be because
    remote computer does not exist or a firewall may be preventing communication to the remote computer

    Please give solutuion
