How to change SemanticZoom ZoomedOut to ZoomedIn animation style ? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I want to change animation flow style (Not a FlowDirection) from ZoomedOutView to ZoomedInView or ZoomedInView to ZoomedOutView. please suggest me anyone how to implement.

  • Hi Siva Varri,

    A smooth cross-fade and scale animation is used for the transition from one semantic zoom level to another. This is the default Windows Touch behavior and cannot be customized. You can find the above information from the following link. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/hh465319.aspx. If you want to change something about the control animation, you can create a copy of control template of SemamticZoom control. Right click on SemanticZoom control and choose edit template. You can set your custom value on VisualStateManager element.
