not eligible RRS feed

    I have an account on dreamspark (onthehub) when i going to download something it tells me that you are not eligible for downloading any thing your aacount has expire please tell me waht i do.

    I send to much email to my system administrator but he didnot give any reponse if any one have solution please tell me.

  • Sorry mawais07, this issue has to do with your account, and we dont do account support here in the forums.  A) its a public forum, so we can't deal with your private info in public and b) the customer service team is the only team that can access your account info, and we're not that team.
