    No. But you can create your own tab there which can show a button (and more). Have a look into this file:

    First of all I want to tell you that Toolbars are not supported after Office 2007.

    Now All Office Application have Ribbon instead Toolbar.

    you have marked on Text "Here" on that place you want to place your button.

    The place you have marked the Text "Here" is known as "Tabs" in Fluent Ribbon.

    you can add a new Tab in which you can create your customize button in a Group.

    The steps are already provided by the Andreas Killer.
