  • I have been having issues with a BAD_POOL_HEADER BSOD for a couple of months now, and it was so bad that it has actually forced me to uninstall Windows off of my hard drive because it was unusable. I have since debugged the .dmp file and quite frankly don't know what to think.

It says that my error is likely due to my USB Wireless Adapter, but upon Googling the issue it says that it could be a combination of that and a bad disk. I have 3 drives, 2 HDD's and an SSD. Both HDD's have failed tests and have a fair amount of bad sectors. My SSD is brand new and passes all tests. However, even when I installed Windows onto my SSD, I still got the same BSOD.

I really have no ideas left, and I've been forced to use other OS's exclusively. I'd like to get back to a useable Windows environment soon.

If needed I can post the .dmp and Windbg output.

    Thanks,

    A frustrated user.
