  • Question

  • Respected sir,

I am a user of windows 8.1 professional 32-bit operating system.

I desire to create my own website.

But unfortunately I don't know even the basics of creating a website.

Neither I know HTML, nor I know XML and even I don't know anything about CSS.

I request you to tell me any method or any website which could help me design my own website without using any coding.

    It is little urgent.

The library of Open Specification documents can be accessed from http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd208104(PROT.10).aspx.
