    That is a tough one to crack... Which database are you connecting to and what is the peak load on the web server? Do you see a pattern for when this happens? Is it exactly 15 minutes that goes by after the error occurs? This might be when the application is recycled in IIS.

    Hi dear friend

    I am now using this connection string it has reduced to 4 to 5 minutes after that .ldb file deleted automatically and it will run to normal behaviour

     "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=\...\qbdba.mdb;User ID=Admin; Mode=Share Deny None;Jet OLEDB:Database Locking Mode=1; OLE DB Services=-4;"

    If your ldb file is not getting deleted straightaway, it may well be a permissions issue. Make sure that the folder that the dfatabsae file is in has MODIFY permissions set for the user account your application is running under. On Windows Server, this is NETWORK SERVICE by default.

    It's difficult to see where you have placed your database, but you should put it in App_Data, and then simplify your connection string to

    "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OleDb.4.0;Data Source=|DataDirectory|qbdba.mdb"

    System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException: Unspecified error

    This error mostly belongs to permission error, for this error we have mutiple solutions as per situation

    1. Put the impersonate=false in web.config file.

    2. If you want to put the impersonate = true in that case you need to provide the read/write permission to impersonate user on "C:\Documents and Settings\server name\ASPNET" folder or through process monitor utility you can check which file don't have sufficient permission.

    3. If you have windows server 2008 then you will not found the ASPNET folder and still want impersonate=true then you need to change the configuration in IIS 7.5/7.0.

    Go to IIS -> select your application pool -> Advanced Setting -> Process Model ->Identity=ApplicationPoolIdentity

    Go to IIS -> select your application pool -> Advanced Setting -> Load User Profile = False

    For more details you can read below link

    Hope this will resolve your problem
