    Use the following.

    Dim startInfo As New ProcessStartInfo("some.exe")
    startInfo.WindowStyle = ProcessWindowStyle.Hidden
    
    Process.Start(startInfo)

    For example example for path and exe in the application path.

    Dim fileName As String = Path.Combine(AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory,"Some.exe")
