  • I took my broken Microsoft Band to the Microsoft Store in Orlando Florida for replacement.  They did not have any Mediums in stock and said they would have a replacement sent to me in five business days. Service Request 1315936592 is still pending review by somebody in Texas before a replacement is shipped.  Can't you rely on your Microsoft store personnel to verify it's broken?  I drove 50 miles round trip, wanted an hour for someone to free up to see me and got nothing for my effort.  After a ten minute hold on the phone today, I was told it would at least 8 - 10  business before I would see a replacement.  Totally unacceptable.  My wife and I have two Windows phones and two Bands that we will make every efforts to replace in the future with something difference and will insure our family and friends steer clear of Microsoft hardware in the future.
