TFS 2015: Integration Build field not updated when using Build vNext? RRS feed

  • Question

  • As the subject says, while the build output gives a list of related work items, it no longer updates the Integration Build field of workitems related to the build.

In TFS 2013 you could look at the history of a workitem and the field itself to see if a WI was affected by a build but in 2015 the field seems missing and no updates are logged in the history.

Is this intentional or something that can be fixed by configuration?

    /Ulf

  • Hi Ulf,

    Thanks for your reply.

I tested this scenario in the current latest TFS 2015 Update 2 RC2 version, but the vnext build number still not be updated in Integrated in Build field.

For this scenario, please submit it to User Voice site at: https://visualstudio.uservoice.com/forums/330519-team-services/category/145254-ci-build, Microsoft engineers will evaluate it seriously.

  • Ok, thanks.

Is that something that might get fixed in Update 2 or 3 perhaps?

Oh, and this page should be updated I guess.
