Bing Map V7 not displaying push pins

Question

Push pins stopped displaying since yesterday in Prod site... I have validated data we are passing to generate push pins, all seems okay.

My v7 stopped working yesterday with the same issue, I am working on migrating to v8 since v7 is end of life.

V7 was retired at the end of June and was redirected to v8 this week as v8 is 95% backwards compatible, so majority of the apps that haven't migrated continued to work but are now using v8. Several notifications were sent out to all accounts over the last year and a half.
