Problem adding toolbox components to the asp.net design screen

Question

Hi All,
 
 I have created a web control file ascx, now i have opened the design screen i am unable to drag and drop the controls from Toolbox on to the design screen. Though all the components on the toolbox are active.

I am using Visual Studio 2008

Can anyone help me on this issue???
