My favorites stoped working

Question

I have MS Vista w/ Internet Explorer 7, All of my favorites that were saved have disappeared and it won't let me re-save them.

Can any one tell me how to fix it? I have tried restarting my computer, no help... There isn't a virus on my computer ether.  I have my Favorites enabled.. Just so dang frustrated..
