    error is here

Select tblMembers.FullName, tblMembers.snn, tblOfficerReports.ssn AS OfficerName FROM tblMembers JOIN tblOfficerReports ON tblOfficerReports.ssn=tblMembers.snn

use INNER JOIN / Left Outer Join/Right Outer Join instead of join

    happy coding

no value given for one or more parameters?

Then most likely you mispelled either a field or tablename!

    Perhaps ssn/snn?

Select tblMembers.FullName, tblMembers.snn, tblOfficerReports.ssn AS OfficerName FROM tblMembers INNER JOIN tblOfficerReports ON tblOfficerReports.ssn=tblMembers.snn

I've corrected it and been over it a few times now, so  now everything is correct,

No, it is not correct, you should read better, because the answer is already been given:

use INNER JOIN / Left Outer Join/Right Outer Join instead of join

Select tblMembers.fullName, tblMembers.ssn, tblOfficerReports.ssn AS OfficerName FROM tblMembers JOIN tblOfficerReports ON tblOfficerReports.ssn=tblMembers.ssn
