Disabling default vertical scrollbar from winjs.ui.listview - WinStore aplication - HTML/JS RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have noticed weird behavior in the test win store app built using html and js. Unfortunately I wont be able to attach a screencap at the moment (until msdn verifies my email address) - I will attach one as soon as they verified my email.

    When you run the application (both in surface simulator and on windows 8) and tries to scroll the list view, it gives a bigger scrollbar (somethingh similar to typical win8 scroll) and lets you scroll. Then when you stay on top of the listview for a while (and then the bigger scrollbar will be dissapeared) and then tries to scroll, suddenly a tiny scrollbar appears as the replacement scrollbar.

    My questions is;

    - is there any possibility to disable the bigger scrollbar which appears at first and just keep the tiny scrollbar which appears at a later stage?
