drag / tap and hold item of a gridview is causing a crash in win8 metro app

HI,

when an item of a grid view is dragged but haven't released yet in mean while if gridview items UI are updated then application is getting crashed.........

OR

When an item is tapped and holded but haven't released yet in mean while if gridview items is getting updated then application is getting crashed...

Would you please provide us the whole codes to reproduce this issue,
