[MS-OXOUM and MS-EUMR] Notifications for events other than missed call. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

    MS-OXOUM v20100205 Section 2.1.2.1 describes the missed call notification PidTagMessageClass (i.e. IPM.Note.Microsoft.Missed.Voice).

    MS-EUMR v20091105 Section 3.2 describes four cases for notifications that may be routed to Exchange, of which one is "Missed call".

    Are the other three cases ("Team/Delegate pick up", "Call Forwarded" and "Call Forwarding Failed") also mapped to IPM.Note.Microsoft.Missed.Voice? If not, what is the PidTagMessageClass for each of those three cases?

  • Hi Brad,

    The PidTagMessageClass mappings are as follows:

    Team/Delegate pick up notification -> IPM.Note.Microsoft.Conversation.Voice

    Call Forwarded notification -> IPM.Note.Microsoft.Conversation.Voice

    Call Forwarding Failed -> IPM.Note (regular e-mail)

    Thank you for helping us improve the quality of the documentation.

    I hope this resolves your question.

  • Mark,

    Thanks for this. Is this likely to be added to a future version of MS-OXOUM?
