I just spoke with our team, and this is what I'm hearing:
To Activate the Enterprise build,
- go to your System Settings (control panel -> System and Security -> System).
- Under Windows Activation, click "View Details in Windows Activation"
- Then, on the new dialog, click "Activate with a new key" and follow the prompts.
Let me know if this works for you, or if it doesn't!

Don't see the "Activate with a new key" option, just activate, Russell's thread worked though.
Never mind, its gone.

Dear Richard,
Please answer the following:
1. Which Windows 8 edition you are trying to insall?
2. If you are trying to activate Windows 8 Enterprise with KMS Key It should activate with no problem. If so please post the screenshot of the error message along with the KMS activation server details which you are using to activate. To change the Windows 8 product key - please follow these steps.
- Launch the Start Menu and type in command prompt or cmd so that it shows up on your start menu search list. Right click on the Command Prompt shortcut and select Run As Administrator.
- At the administrator command prompt, type in "slmgr.vbs -ipk <insert your product key here>"
slmgr.vbs -ipk 00000-00000-00000-00000-00000 - To activate windows after changing the key, run "slmgr.vbs -ato"

Seems like everyone's Enterprise download is using the same key... too funny so running the slmgr seems to be necessary to change to our own actual keys.
