    OS : Window 7 Enterprise K Service Pack 1

Visual Studio : Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2012 Version 11.0.61219.00 Update 5

    I released it using "msbuild.exe (version 4.7.2053.0 , C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\MSBuild.exe)".

    "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\MSBuild.exe" "solution.sln" /t:Build /p:Platform=x64 /p:Configuration=Release /m /l:FileLogger,Microsoft.Build.Engine;logfile=solution64.log

  • Based upon the error you are trying to write something on a write-protected media (i.e. CD, DVD). You can look at the given file and line # to see what cmd was being executed. This will help narrow down the issue. My gut instinst is the file logger which is trying to write to solution64.log.  But that would just be a guess at this point.

Have you tried building this in VS directly or are you doing so from the command line? Where is the solution folder at? If it is not on a drive that you have write access to then it'll fail.
