Thank you All.
I did find this forum : http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/1295/threads. But I was not able to post, as the available "forum list" doesnot show it.
Now, after much fiddling around, I was able to post in the above forum.
Thanks & Regards,

I found a WHQL forum at http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/1295/threads, so that might be a good place to start.

That's a Chinese forum. There is no driver development forum in the en-us local yet, but could be here soon. The DDK newsgroup is still the place to ask driver development questions.

I was wondering about it being a Chinese forum, but it's in the "en-US" area and I also saw questions that people specifically asked to have re-written in english.Friday, February 5, 2010 6:21 PM

That's a bug/feature of this forum. Forums are viewable to all local brands. However when you ask a question the available forum list only shows forums in the current local brand.
