  • Hello Dips.se,

    Why do you need to embed Word into a .Net application? Anyway, it looks like you are interested in the DSOFramer control which is retired now. Please take a look at the How do i embed MS word to a windows form app? forum thread for more information on this. Also I have found a similar forum thread What's the best word processing component for .NET.

    FYI Starting from Word 2007 Open XML file format is used for documents. You can use the Open XML SDK for working with documents.
