XML syntax for <OfficeMenu> in Word 2010 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

    I have created a couple of Add-Ins for Word, Excel and Powerpoint 2007, in which one menuitem is added to the Office 2007 Office button menu.

    The menuitem is added together with the RibbonXML, which we store and retreieve from a database.

    This is the XML part:

      <ribbon startFromScratch="false">
        <officeMenu>
          <button id="SKBCheckIn" insertAfterMso="FileClose" imageMso="FileOpen" label="Close and Check-in" onAction="OnActionButton" getEnabled="GetStatus" />
        </officeMenu>
        <tabs>
          <tab id="tabSKB" label="Customer ribbon">
            <group id="grpMain" getLabel="GetLabel">
    	.......
            </group>
          </tab>
        </tabs>
      </ribbon>

    Now, when we are moving the Add-ins to Office 2010, the <OfficeMenu> part seems not to be compatible wit Office 2010.

    I have looked around for information about the syntax for this is Office 2010, but without success.

    How do I put a command button on the equivalent place in Office 2010?

    Thanks in advance
