SharePoint 2010 - browser restrictions

Hi folks!

I would like to kwow if the IE (any version) has restrictions when using sites development with SharePoint 2010 technologies.

Say "restrictions" about security such as javascript, activex, dll and others.

In future please post 2010 questions to a 2010 forum.

(Moderator Pre-SharePoint 2010 forums - which means they are for MOSS 2007 (WSS 3.0) and earlier products)

P.S. My intention was to move this to a *SharePoint 2010* forum. Apologies to the Moderators of the 2010 Scripting Games forum. It's a mystery to me how it landed there - my mouse must have slipped, it was supposed to go to SharePoint 2010 Setup and Admin.
