I'm happy to announce that we just released the "Dynamic Data Preview 2" on Codeplex.You can download the release from this page:
http://www.codeplex.com/aspnet/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=20628. The preview release contains alot of the features we are working on for .NET 4.0. Some of the highlights of this release are the following:
- Support for inheritence in Entity Framework and Linq to SQL
- Entity Templates for having templates for objects not just for fields (FieldTemplates)
- QueryExtender control for filtering datasources
- Some many to many support for Entity Framework
- New templated filters for better filter support
- Some new field templates and attributes
