Sometimes Outlook Push Notifications subscription does not work for hours RRS feed

    For multiple users.

    Sometime a subscription for one of the users (seems to be random), will completely stop sending new notifications for this user for many hours. Querying the subscription will show that it is valid.

    Sometimes it was renewed subscription that took hours to "start working"
    In other times it was an existing subscription that stopped notifying

    This is although when I query this subscription, the response looks OK.
    It seems to eventually fix itself but I am missing hours of notifications in the meantime.

    Is this an issue others are seeing too?
