  • i realise that microsoft have speech 2007, but i dunno how to use

    or there are any other way to do text-to-speech on PDA ,
    please guide me

  • There is no public text-to-speech engine for Windows Mobile produced by Microsoft.
    There are 3rd party ones, such as SmartySoft, Loquendo.

    You can find the free source here: http://www.cstr.ed.ac.uk/projects/festival/download.html
    but must do the porting by yourself, however, as AlexFeinman said the task is complexity.

    or you can use the web service to get TTS waveform from remote serve (the TTS provider).
