Web services in different domain not communicating

web service from one Domain Say A communicates successfully with Web services in another Domain say B but web services in Domain B does not communicate with web service in Domain A

Any suggestions or solutions ?

Check for permission in domain b that it can accessible from domain a.

It could b possible that domian a allow to access domain b but vice versa is not accessible.

Ask you network person.

Please first do as @kushalrdalal said.

Then it seems that it could be firewall issue. Please try to check your firewall settings.
