  • Hi Tacupai,

    thank you for your post.

According to the description of your problem, you failed to install .NET Framework 4.

    Here are my general suggestions:

    • Please download .NET Framework 4 from: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17718
    • Check if there are any anti-virus or antispyware applications running. Make sure they are turned off during installation.
    • Complete or dismiss Windows Updates before installation (but turn on Windows Update service).
    • Clean up your “%temp%” folder (Start>>Run>>%temp%)
    • Run the setup file with Administrator privileges: Right-click the installer > Run as administrator.

If the problem still exists after these steps, could you please collect the log for me?

    • Collect the logs from "%temp%" folder with the Log Collection Tool.

    Collect tool: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=e0da314f-6216-4a18-bc6b-7d29cf83af20&displaylang=en

    • Upload the vslogs.cab file to other website like Windows Live SkyDrive.

Note: Please attach the link of this post in the mail.

If I have misunderstood anything, please feel free to let me know.

  • Please complete the following steps to show us your install logs:

Collect the install logs with this:

    http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=it&id=12493

After you run Collect.exe, you'll find vslogs.cab in your %temp% directory. Upload vslogs.cab to a public site, like SkyDrive, then post the link here.

The information in the logs will allow responders to offer you useful suggestions.
