    What is the maximum Rules capacity in outlook 2013

    i mean how many rules can able to create in outlook 2013

    could anyone can tell me...

    On Exchange 2007 and later the default rules quota per mailbox is 64KB which can be increased upto 256KBs.

    Hi,

    The rules size limit for mailboxes in Exchange Server 2007 (and later) has a default size of 64 KB per mailbox.

    The total rules size limit is also customizable limit up to 256 KB per mailbox


    Get the current rule quotas for a mailbox:

    Get-Mailbox John.Doe@mail.com | FL DisplayName, RulesQuota

    Set rule quota to its maximum size (236KB):

    Set-Mailbox username@domain.com -RulesQuota:256KB
