Sharepoint Designer workflow to export List data to an Excel Spreadsheet RRS feed

  • Our company uses Sharepoint lists for tracking all sorts of data, however we need a way to archive it all.  Is it possible to create a workflow that will export the list data to an excel spreadsheet?

    No, we can not export list data to an Excel Spreadsheet using SharePoint Designer workflow. But you can use the SharePoint Export to Excel ribbon to export list data to an Excel Spreadsheet:
