Get Skeleton Joints Position of x and y in World Coordinates (in metric units) RRS feed

  • Hi everyone,

    Anybody knows how to get the world coordinates of x and y (in metric units) of one skeleton joints (with axis shooting out of kinect as positive Z axis)?

    I have read over the Kinect for Windows SDK Programming Guide and the Kinect SDK API reference. It seems to me that skeleton.Joints.Position will give us a scale from -1 to 1 for x and Nui.SkeletonEngine.SkeletonToDepthImage will give us a scale from 0 to 1 for x and y.

    Anyone knows how to get the x and y coordinates in metric units in a world coordinates? Thanks a lot.
