Create Image Object fails at 300ppx per inch RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a large Design document  36 x 24 inches, (yes it needs to be this big it is for a sign) Everything the document resolution is set to 300ppi and displays the way that I want it to. The problem I am having is that I need to export this to a JPEG that has a 300ppi resolution, ok, so when I go to create the Image Object, I do it as I usually do, except whin I try setting the ppi to 300 all I get is a blank object, it works fine at 200ppi but fails at anything over 200ppi. Looks like a bug to me.

  • It could be a bug, but I am unable to reproduce your issue. Using Design version 1 when I attempt to Export an image of size 36 inches by 24 inches I am able to set a resolution of 300 pixels per inch and higher (to a maximum of 1000). Can you not see the pixels per inch setting even when creating a new 36 x 24 inch document with just a single square in it?
