  • My subscription has expired even though I paid to continue it. Also you have charged my credit card twice.

  • Firstly, my name is not David. I am logged into my Microsoft account (Peter Cowell) and the automated help desk replies to me as David. Do you think that might tell you something about why my yearly subscription has been cancelled just over a month after paying the yearly subscription ?

    My Bank account shows Microsoft received my payment for the year more than a month ago. So why is it now cancelled?

    And why does your system address me as David?

    Can you please post the screenshot of the message. Also what do you mean by "Automated Help Desk" or please contact the Visual Studio Subscription support.
