Where is Rx (Reactive Extensions)? RRS feed

  • Question

  • MSDN documentation states that the Reactive Extensions ship with the .NET Framework 4.0 an up. I'm using Visual Studio 2010 SP1 on Windows 7 and I can't find System.Reactive anywhere. Not in the .NET references list, not in Program Files x86\Microsoft Reactive something, not in other similar directories.

Now is is part of .NET or not? The download page says I don't need to download anything for .NET 4, but if I can't download it and it's not included, then does it actually exist?!
