Windows Embedded Standard - Turns Monitor off?

Question

My new WES image turns my monitor off after several minutes? (I used the Gaming/Kiosk template with a custom shell)

 In the registry the Screen Saver is off and also the Power Schemes is set to presentation (2) Monitor always on!

 I have even copied the registry key from my XP PC with all of the power saving features turned off, but the screen still turns off after several minutes.

 I have a dual boot with XP and my Windows Embedded image. With my XP boot the monitor never turns off, but with WES it always turns off.

I have now spent three days on this silly small issue and getting frustrated!

 Any ideas?

Add Power Configuration Tools at your image.
Change your configuration with the powercfg.exe command. type /? for help.
or follow these:

powercfg /setactive PRESENTATION
powercfg /change PRESENTATION /monitor-timeout-dc 0
powercfg /change PRESENTATION /monitor-timeout-ac 0

you can additionally change for the disk and hibernate options.

SAVE this setting. Usually command shell registry is not saved when you exit/turn off.
