    Welcome!

We are pleased to announce a Community Technology Preview (CTP) release of Microsoft Expression Interactive Designer - this is our first public CTP and is a great opportunity for us to share our work with you.

To download the CTP, directly go here (read the instructions on how to install the .Net framwork and the WinFX run-time components) or, please visit our web-site at http://www.microsoft.com/expression. Therein, you will find lots more information such as a list of frequently-asked-questions (FAQ), a read-me containing product issues known to us at the time of this writing, and some great content that will help you get started with Interactive Designer. Please be sure to read these.

If you have any questions, feedback, product issues, etc. about Expression Interactive Designer, this is the place! We will post information about any new samples, content, etc. as well as updates as they become available here, but more importantly, we are interested in seeing how you will be using Interactive Designer to do cool things that we couldn't have imagined.

We look forward to working with you as we present this exciting tool that will definitely help shape the next generation of Windows user experience. We greatly value your feedback and look forward to it in helping us shape the future of this product.

On behalf of the Interactive Designer team,

    -Unni
