    Anyone that comes with the latest version of Visual Studio. 

    You should download and use Visual Studio Community 2017 (free to download and use), and you'll have the latest ASP.NET being used.

    Hi LeeHnetinka,

    According to your description, as far as i know, the latest version of asp.net is Asp.Net Core 2.1. You could learn more information from this site.
