Consume WSDL (JavaScript)

Answers

  • The most common way to consume a webservice in jscript is to use JSON.  Amazon should have a JSON interface and samples to show you how to consume the service.

  • I am also looking for a solution to consume a SOAP XML-based web-service via javascript.

Just came across this one: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/ms531063%28v=vs.85%29.aspx . Though I haven't tried it yet.

  • The above did not work for me yet, I am seeing this exception while using the useService() call : "Object doesn’t support this method or property" .
