RSA algorithm RRS feed

  • Question

  • hi,

I have generated Public and private keys using RSA, but when i pass the public key to java platform they cant able to use the public key combination  preperly, i.e., they cant verify the signature properly what is the problem. I have generated keys for 1024 key size. I had cross verified that the modulus value generated by RSAKeyInfo = RSA.ExportParameters(true); by this statement is not valid, it should be multiplication of two prime numbers. But the answer is different

  • Vishwanath,

I do not have experience with the Java platform's RSA functionality.  Do you have a similar problem if you pass the public key to a .NET application (C# or VB.NET)?  If not, I recommend contacting the vendor of the Java implementation your device is using.
