  • Hi Calson.Minato,

    Thanks for your post.

We need you to verify .NET 4 first to make sure the error was due to .NET.

If it verifies successfully, you need to contact your Electrical software for support.

If it failed, please use this tool to repair .NET http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2698555

Or it is possible you do not have full .NET 4 package installed.

  • What is installed? The .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile, or the full .NET Framework?

Run this tool to show us what .NET Frameworks are installed on your computer and to test your 4.0 installation:

    http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2008/10/13/8999004.aspx

Run the tool with 4.0 selected, then post the first 15 lines and last 15 lines of tool output here.

We will then be able to offer useful suggestions.
