SpacialPosition library not installing in Azure notebook in R language

Question

I'm trying to install SpacialPosition library in Azure notebook in R language but it's not installing. Even tried to install it by .gz file from CMD prompt still no luck.

Is this library not supported in Azure notebook for R language? Any help is appreciated.
