Create Custom Version History page

  I want to create custom version history page for list items , can any one help me out please ?

Hi, Srinivas,

I assume you are using SharePoint 2013 and want to display list item version history in a custom page. You may try to use the Out the Box Version History Page for displaying this information. The url format for the version histoy page is like below:

http://siteurl/_layouts/15/Versions.aspx?list={LISTID}&ID=ITEMID&IsDlg=1
