Why does thisWinUI._Overlay._trySetActive fail for flyouts without focus elements?

Question

This method throws "Invalid function" when its called after the flyout is shown when it tries to "element.setActive();"

Why is that and what does it mean? The flyout seems to work flawlessly though.

Uhmmm what do you want to explain with your reply? I know this code comes from inside the flyout. I am asking why its throwing an error like that.
