SuiteCRM deployment on Azure RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

I'm a new user. I added a new App Service and uploaded files also added new MariaDB service and imported the database successfully, I able to access this DB from my local machine (sqlyog).

I already changed the DB credentials and site url from config.php of SuiteCRM.

But the problem is when I trying to browse url, its not loading the SuiteCRM application and showing message "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred."

Any help will be highly appreciable.

  • The general migration procedure is like this:

install SuiteCRM in Azure, in the same version you ahve in your current system
export the database from one side, import in the other
copy the “custom” and “upload” directories if you have anything there
do a quick repair and rebuild
I have a short guide for Ubuntu 16.04 which is available on Azure:

    https://suitecrm.com/suitecrm/forum/installation-upgrade-help/11561-installing-on-ubuntu-16-04-1#45976 10

Before that, you’ll have to start with

    apt install lamp-server^
    (that ^ is on purpose)

I did a test installation on Azure a few months ago and it went quite well, easy.

  • Hi @Max,

    Thank you for details

If I have to perform a new installation of SuiteCRM on Azure than installation process will be same as we are doing on local?

For the files I have to create App Service and for the database the DB Service and than launch the installation?

    Regards
